** What will you be doing:
*** Managing a team of HGV Technicians, Workshop Supervisors and Apprentices
* Liaising with Service Advisors on daily planning
* Ensuring MOT pass rate targets and KPI’s are met
* Dealing with customer queries
* Strengthening and developing long term customer and franchise partnerships
