1st Line IT Help Desk Support Engineer Barnsley Contact Lindsay @ Halo Personnel for the salary details Hours of work
Early Shift: 7:00 am until 3:30 pm Monday to Thursday, 7:00 am until 2:30 pm on Friday
Mid Shift: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Thursday, 4:00 pm finish on Friday
Late shift: 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, 5:00 pm finish on Friday
Overview of 1st Line IT Help Desk Support EngineerThe role entails the logging and diagnosis of IT related issues from internal staff which can either be resolved or escalated to the appropriate team, these will be received in ticket format or direct calls. This role would suit a recent Graduate or someone who already has some hands-on experience in an IT Help Desk support role.
