As a Support Worker you would support adults with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs with their daily routines, supporting them to live life to their full potential and access experiences and activities. We are seeking candidates who want to be involved and support these activities. If you have a keen interest in one even better! Your rota will be 4 days working, 2 days off - this includes 2 morning shifts (07:30 - 14:45/13:45) and 2 afternoon shifts (13:15 - 21:45) and includes weekend work.
Responsibilities- Support adults with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs with their daily routines and activities, helping them to live life to their full potential and access experiences.
- Be involved in and support activities that help individuals engage with their communities.
- Adhere to the agreed rota and coordinate shifts as required to ensure consistent support.
- We are looking for Support Workers who have a 'can do' attitude, with a calm and empathetic nature.
- Relevant experience and qualifications are valued but not essential for the role.
