You’ll be someone who thrives in a team, communicates with kindness, and brings energy and patience to every shift. Shift Pattern Early shift: 7am-2.30pm Late shift: 2.30pm-10pm Night shift: waking nights and sleep-in shifts
* sleep-in shifts are paid at £69 Full flexibility to work the above four shifts is required, including weekends on a rota basis What You’ll Be Doing Supporting individuals with daily living skills and personal goals Encouraging independence and community involvement Providing emotional and practical support tailored to each person Working as part of a close-knit, caring team What benefits do we offer?
