Female Support Worker - Residential​/Supported Living; Barnsley S71

PST Group is currently recruiting an experienced Female Support Worker to join our team in the S71 Barnsley area, providing care and support to older people in a supported living environment.

The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, person-centred support, promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing while meeting individual care needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 months' UK care experience
• Previous experience working with older people in a supported living or residential care setting
• A compassionate, reliable, and professional approach to care
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to follow care plans, risk assessments, and company policies
