To advocate and promote the profession within the trust, with patients and within the local area.
The post holder will work in a variety of clinical areas, specialising in each area for a period of six months.
We are seeking highly motivated Occupational Therapists with good assessment and treatment planning skills. You will also have excellent team working, time management and communication skills. Working with multi‑professional teams, the successful candidates will have the opportunity to gain excellent experience from the following range of physical specialities:
- Orthopaedics
- Medical Early Intervention
- Discharge to Assess (community)
- Stroke and Neurology
- Urgent Care
- Acorn Rehabilitation Unit (in‑patient rehabilitation)
Successful candidates will be expected to work in a flexible way to cover a 7‑day working week.
