Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Mortgage Advisor to join our team in our Barnsley office. This role plays a vital part in helping clients navigate their mortgage options and achieve their home ownership dreams. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of providing exceptional financial guidance.

Responsibilities
  • Assess clients' financial situations to determine suitable mortgage options.
  • Provide expert advice on mortgage products, interest rates, and lending criteria.
  • Guide clients through the application process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, market trends, and new mortgage products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with lenders and other financial professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Promote the company's services through professional communication and customer engagement.
Qualifications
  • CeMAP 1,2 and 3 qualified or in progress
  • Proven experience or strong interest in financial services or mortgage advising.
  • Basic math skills for accurate calculations and assessments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain complex financial information clearly.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A professional attitude with a commitment to customer service.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Enthusiasm for helping clients achieve their home ownership goals.
