Salary: £50,000 – £75,000 + Optional Overtime + Benefits
Annual Leave: 20 days + Bank Holidays

Hours:

8:00am – 5:00pm

A leading specialist electrical contractor with a strong presence across London and Essex is seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join their growing team.

With a turnover of £15M, the business focuses on commercial office fit-outs, delivering projects ranging from £500k to £3M, with a sweet spot between £100k–£800k. This is an exciting opportunity to work on multiple tenders and play a key role in the company’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

Review tender documentation and technical drawings
Develop base electrical designs to support accurate quoting
Participate in tender negotiations and client meetings
Conduct site surveys to gather project-specific data
Organise and maintain quote folders and documentation
Produce detailed estimates and cost plans across multiple projects
Deliver comprehensive handovers to project teams
Identify risks and opportunities to enhance project outcomes
Candidate Requirements

Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems
Proven experience in Design & Build electrical estimating
Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
