NPI Project Manager – Stowmarket – £50,000 - £57,000 + Bonus + 16% Pension + 7 x Life Assurance

An excellent opportunity is available for a NPI Project Manager to join a market-leading manufacturer known for exceptional staff retention, long-term career development and their investment in engineering and innovation.

As a Project Manager, you will lead cross‑functional teams to deliver products from concept through to launch, playing a key role in how new products reach global markets.

An ideal applicant will have experience bringing new and existing products to market and a strong understanding of the entire product lifecycle. You will come from a manufacturing, FMCG, consumer goods or similar product‑led environment.

This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role, suited to someone who enjoys coordinating multiple disciplines and leading projects concurrently.

• Lead the end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) process
• Coordinate engineering, product management, manufacturing, procurement, quality and suppliers
• Build and manage detailed project plans, schedules and resource models
• Control costs, timelines, risks and deliverables
• Identify, manage and mitigate technical, commercial and supply‑chain risks

You will be an experienced Project or Programme Manager with a background in product‑led engineering or manufacturing environments, such as:

• Consumer Goods, Automotive, Electronics, Robotics, FMCG, Industrial Equipment, Medical Devices or similar

You’ll bring:

• Proven experience in delivering product development / launch project from cradle to grave
• A background in marketing, business management and / or engineering
• Excellent planning, risk management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Confidence working with design, R&D, production and external suppliers
• The ability to manage multiple work streams and competing priorities
