Darton Academy are looking to appoint a Teacher of Maths to join our academy as soon as possible on a full time, temporary basis to cover Maternity Leave. ResponsibilitiesAs a Teacher of Maths, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality mathematics teaching, contributing to curriculum development, and supporting the progress and wellbeing of pupils. You will work within a team to maintain a calm, orderly environment and promote a culture of high expectations and inclusive practice. You will also participate in enrichment activities and pupil support sessions as part of a broader school role.
Requirements/ Qualifications
Qualified teacher status and experience delivering mathematics in a secondary school setting are expected. A commitment to safeguarding, continuous improvement, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to raise pupil achievement is essential.
