• Teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience a bonus but not essential)

• Bringing topics to life through creative teaching and real-world application

• Using clear explanations, step-by-step scaffolding, and a dash of humour to keep lessons engaging

• Assessing, tracking, and celebrating progress — big or small

• Contributing to departmental projects, resources, and enrichment opportunities

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification

• A degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject

• Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for your craft

• Confident classroom management with a calm, positive approach

• Team spirit and a drive to make maths accessible for all students
