- Provide trainee mentoring programmes for those moving in to new positions for example middle and senior leadership
- Learning Support Assistant – 33.75 hours per week / term‑time only / permanent
- Level 3 – Cognition and Learning – Grade 4: £26,403 – £28,598 per annum pro rata
- Actual starting salary: £20,715.79 – £22,437.99 per annum
Notre Dame High School, a vibrant and inclusive Catholic school and proud member of the St. Clare Catholic Multi Academy Trust, is seeking to appoint a dedicated and compassionate Level 3 Learning Support Assistant to join our committed support team. This role is vital in fostering an inclusive and nurturing learning environment where all students are encouraged and enabled to thrive.
As a Level 3 Learning Support Assistant, you will provide high-quality support to students with a range of learning needs, working closely with teaching staff to ensure inclusive and engaging classroom experiences. You will play a key role in delivering personalised interventions, helping students access the curriculum, and promoting positive outcomes academically, socially, and emotionally.
You will work in partnership with subject teachers, pastoral teams, and the SENCO to help create a learning environment grounded in Gospel values and high aspirations for every child.
