Pay: £88.94 - £95 per day (paid via PAYE - no umbrella fees)

As a Level 3 TA, you will support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2, working alongside teachers to enhance learning, deliver interventions, and provide 1:1 support when required.

These roles are ideal for experienced support staff who enjoy variety, flexibility, and making a positive impact on children's progress and wellbeing.

• Support teaching and learning across primary year groups
• Deliver small group sessions and targeted interventions
• Provide 1:1 support when required, including SEN pupils
• Assist with classroom organisation and lesson resources
• Promote positive behaviour and pupil engagement
• Contribute to children's academic and social development
• Follow safeguarding procedures at all times

• ✓ Level 3 TA qualification (essential)
• ✓ A minimum of 6 months experience in a UK primary school
• ✓ Strong communication and teamwork skills
• ✓ Ability to support a range of learners, including SEN
• ✓ Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
