Joinery Design Coordinator​/CAD Technician

Horbury Joinery Limited is looking for a motivated Joinery Design Coordinator / CAD Technician to join our team and support the Joinery Design Manager on a variety of bespoke joinery and interior fit-out projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone at the early stage of their career who wants hands-on experience in design coordination, AutoCAD drawing work, and real construction projects. You’ll be involved in producing and updating drawings, working with subcontractors, and managing project documents through online platforms.

• Updating and amending AutoCAD drawings based on client feedback
• Checking and coordinating drawings and technical info from subcontractors
• Uploading and managing drawings and documents on client portals (e.g. Asite, Aconex, Procore)
• Keeping project folders organised and up to date
• Working closely with project teams to keep everything running smoothly

• Some experience or interest in construction, joinery, interiors, or fit-out
• Basic to intermediate AutoCAD skills (or similar software)
• An understanding of drawings and schedules (or willingness to learn)
• Organised, detail-focused, and keen to learn
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
