PA - Customer Service - TikTok Host - Picker Packer

We’re looking for a reliable, confident, and highly organised person to work closely with one of the founders of Cosy Cosmetics. A fast‑growing fragrance brand. This is a hands‑on, varied role ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, working independently, and being involved in both behind‑the‑scenes operations and customer‑facing work. You’ll support daily business operations, assist with customer service, help pick and pack orders, and confidently host Tik Tok Live streams to engage our community and drive sales.

• Provide day‑to‑day assistance to one of the founders
• Help manage tasks, priorities, and general business operations
• Support with admin, organisation, and ad‑hoc tasks as needed

• Respond to customer enquiries via email and social media
• Resolve order issues in a friendly, professional manner
• Maintain a positive and on‑brand customer experience

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Help maintain organised stock and packing areas
• Ensure orders are dispatched correctly and on time

• Host Tik Tok Live streams confidently
• Engage with customers, answer questions, and promote products
• Represent the brand’s cosy, friendly, and approachable vibe

Monday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
Tuesday – Thursday: 9:00am – 3:00pm
Sunday:
Tik Tok Live Stream 6:00pm – 11:00pm

• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Confident multitasker with strong time‑management skills
• Comfortable speaking on camera and engaging live with customers
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Calm, organised, and reliable under pressure
• Trustworthy and able to handle confidential business matters
• Proactive, with a problem‑solving mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced small business environment

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, fulfilment, admin, or social media is desirable but not essential
• Training will be provided for systems and live streaming

• Someone who enjoys responsibility and variety
• A self‑starter who doesn’t need constant direction
• A confident, friendly personality who enjoys interacting with customers
• Someone who is aligned with the brand and looking to grow with a small business rather than a short‑term role
