Temporary Position
We are looking for aService Advisorto join our busy dealership on a temporary basis. As aService Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding service and ensuring a smooth and professional experience from start to finish.
The ideal
Service Advisorwill be confident, customer-focused, and able to communicate clearly both face-to-face and over the phone. Previous experience as aService Advisorin the automotive industry is desirable, but we are open to candidates with strong customer service backgrounds who can quickly adapt to the role of aService Advisor.
- Greeting customers and acting as the main Service Advisorpoint of contact.
- Booking vehicles in for service and repair work.
- Liaising with technicians and updating customers on progress.
- Preparing job cards, invoices, and relevant paperwork as a professional
Service Advisor. - Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.
- Experience as aService Advisor(essential).
- Experience using CRM Systems (such as Pinnacle, Kerridge or CDK)
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and team-player mentality, essential for a successful
Service Advisor.
