Role Overview :We are seeking a driven Assistant Quantity Surveyor ready to step up into a Quantity Surveyor role with a busy drylining subcontractor. The position will involve supporting the commercial management of drylining packages, including valuations, variations, cost control, and final accounts across multiple projects. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress their career within a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Requirements:- Quantity Surveyor Experience
- Drylining Experience Ideally
- Prepare and submit interim valuations
- Measure works and manage variations
- Monitor project costs and budgets
- Procure and manage subcontractor packages
- Attend site and commercial meetings
- Agree final accounts with main contractors
- Support cost reporting and forecasting
