Compliance Admin Co‑ordinator

Office‑based role at Dunnebier within a large, well‑established housing and property organisation.

Hours: 9am-5pm |
Rate: £13.69 per hour |
Contract: ASAP start 1 May 2026

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and technical support to compliance teams across repairs, maintenance and building safety.
  • Support delivery of business plans, performance targets and service improvement initiatives.
  • Produce reports on installations, repairs, maintenance activity and job costs.
  • Maintain and update complex spreadsheets and compliance data for reporting purposes.
  • Prepare compliance documentation and collate outstanding actions from internal systems.
  • Process orders, requisitions and maintain contractor qualification records.
  • Support capital works and maintenance projects, including liaison and communication with tenants.
  • Handle customer, tenant and stakeholder queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide full administrative support to meetings, including minute‑taking.
About You
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience in a relevant administrative or compliance role.
  • Experience working within construction, engineering, maintenance or property services environments.
  • Strong understanding of compliance, repairs and maintenance processes.
  • Excellent administrative skills with advanced use of Microsoft Excel and other office systems.
  • Confidence managing data, reports and multiple priorities to deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused approach.
  • Awareness of procurement and financial regulations within a regulated environment.
