Location: Barnet
Salary: 64,000 - 68,000 (Depending on experience)
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (Flexibility on start and finish times)

• Focus on the progression of VMU, fleet, and MHE operations over months and years, driving continuous improvement in these areas.
• Implement and manage service levels to ensure all VMU and fleet-related services meet or exceed expectations.
• Hold overall responsibility for VMU service and safety, ensuring strict adherence to both legal standards and policies
• Lead the development and execution of VMU improvement plans, including people management, safety, standards, and financial performance, to optimise VMU operations.
• Manage labour resources effectively, including annual leave planning, recruitment, and shift pattern management, to maintain operational effeciency

• HNC/HND Engineering Qualification or Extensive time served in industry
• Experience in Distribution, Logistics or Vehicle Maintenance is essential.
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Strong Technical Knowledge In Vehichle Maintenance
