The Role

A welcoming 2-form entry primary school in the north-west side of the Borough of Barnet is seeking a Key Stage 1 Teacher to join their team from September.

This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced teacher or a confident ECT who can demonstrate strong teaching practice and effective pedagogy.

You will be joining a supportive KS1 team within a collaborative year group structure, allowing for shared planning and reduced workload while maintaining high expectations for teaching and learning.

The Ideal Candidate

The school is looking for a passionate and committed KS1 Teacher who:

* Holds QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification

* Has experience teaching in Key Stage 1, or is a strong ECT

* Demonstrates effective pedagogy and strong classroom practice

* Maintains high expectations for behaviour and achievement

* Creates an engaging and inclusive learning environment

Salary

MPS – UPS (Outer London) depending on experience.
