GCSE maths tutor

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one tutoring for GCSE Maths (Foundation/Higher level)

Help the student develop key mathematical skills, focus, and exam techniques

Adapt teaching methods to support the student's learning needs, with a patient and understanding approach

Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure improvement over the 10-week period

Requirements:

Experience tutoring GCSE Maths, particularly with students who have ADHD

Strong communication skills and the ability to create a calm, engaging learning environment

A flexible and patient approach to teaching

Ideally, a background in teaching or tutoring Maths, but not essential

Additional Information:

This will be a weekly session of 1 hour for 10 weeks

The student is located in the N12 area (North London)

£25-30 per hour, depending on experience
