About the Role

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs

• Foster academic and social development through personalised strategies

• Support inclusion in both classroom and extracurricular activities

• Collaborate with teachers and SENCO to adapt learning materials and strategies

• Champion the values of respect, inclusion, and excellence

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has prior experience working with children with SEN

• Is passionate about inclusive education and student success

• Demonstrates patience, creativity, and strong communication skills

• Shares a commitment to academic excellence and nurturing young minds

• Is available 5 days a week, term-time only (8:30 AM – 3:30 PM)
