The Role
As an English Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
• Teaching engaging and accessible English lessons across KS3, KS4 and KS5
• Adapting teaching strategies to support a range of learning needs, including SEN
• Inspiring a love of reading, writing, and critical thinking
• Assessing and monitoring progress to raise achievement
• Contributing to a positive, inclusive classroom and wider school community
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a teacher who:
• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Has experience teaching English at secondary level
• Is confident supporting students with additional learning needs
Is enthusiastic, reflective, and committed to inclusive education
• Has strong communication and classroom management skills
