Early Years Teacher

Overview

A primary school based in Barnet, North London is looking to recruit a teacher to support their early years class. The role is a long‑term, full‑time position that was available from April 2022 until the end of the academic year.

• Qualified Teacher Status
• Sound knowledge of the National Curriculum
• Experience assessing child development and planning activities to support on‑going attainment and growth
• Enhanced DBS certificate or willing to complete one

• Plan, teach and assess effectively a range of pupils, including those working below national curriculum level
• Be creative and manage, motivate and inspire children
• Plan for and manage a team of support staff
• Liaise with multi‑professionals
• Commit for the duration of the placement
