Site Manager

Fisher Civils Limited are currently seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee a busy mixed use development based in Barnet, London.

The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the day to day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and to a high standard of quality.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Overall management of a live mixed use construction site

• Coordinating and supervising multiple trades on site

• Ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations

• Planning works, site set up and daily activities

• Managing materials, plant and equipment procurement

• Monitoring progress and keeping works on programme

• Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and key stakeholders

• Carrying out quality inspections and maintaining site standards

• Leading, motivating and managing the site labour force

• Proactive problem solving and issue resolution

Requirements

All applicants must hold a valid SMSTS qualification and have proven experience managing mixed trade sites. Previous experience using Procore software is essential. Candidates must be organised, decisive and capable of running a site independently
