Any additional training or qualifications staff wish to pursue will be mentored and supported, making this an excellent role for someone keen to develop and progress.

As Deputy Room Leader, you will support the Room Leader in the day‑to‑day running of the pre‑school room, lead practice when required, and act as a positive role model for the team. You will help to maintain high standards of care, learning and safeguarding while building strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
