About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and tech-savvy Training Course Administrator. This role will be pivotal in coordinating and supporting the seamless delivery of our classroom and online training courses. Working closely with clients, trainers, and accrediting bodies, you’ll ensure a smooth journey from course booking to certification. As a member of our friendly and supportive team, you’ll play a key role in our mission to make a positive difference in people’s lives.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient and Trainer Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for client training enquiries by phone and email.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any questions and ensuring a smooth booking process.
- Manage the delivery of customer support for online learning.
Course Coordination
- Schedule and book classroom and online training courses, managing trainer calendars effectively.
- Coordinate with trainers to ensure they have the resources and information needed for each session.
- Onboard new trainers, ensuring all necessary paperwork, certifications, and training resources are in place.
Compliance and Resource Management
- Monitor trainer qualifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Regularly update training resources and work with accrediting bodies to maintain and expand certifications.
Administrative Support
- Manage online payments, raise invoices, and track course information on our website.
- Organise and update course materials, ensuring timely distribution for online and classroom-based courses.
Must-Have
Qualifications and skills:
- Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to deliver a positive customer experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a first aid, healthcare, or health and safety training environment.
- Interest in using technology to improve and streamline administrative processes.
- Familiarity with Training Management Systems (TMS) or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- An interest in Social Media/Marketing
