We are seeking a proactive and organised Criminal Justice Admin to join the Substance Misuse Team in Barnet. This part-time locum role offers an exciting opportunity to support the team while gaining experience across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and numeric skills, with a strong understanding of office procedures and a commitment to delivering high-quality administrative support.

• Act as the first point of contact for the service, handling telephone calls and visits from service users, external agencies, and Change Grow Live staff promptly and professionally.
• Transfer calls and enquiries to the appropriate personnel to ensure seamless communication.
• Collate, monitor, and report data, information, and statistics to support team objectives.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support, applying numeric skills to assist with various tasks.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain efficient administrative processes within the Substance Misuse Team.
