• Full‑time position
• FNP / PA will work in a primary Care outpatient setting
• Advanced Practice Provider will see patients of all ages for chronic and acute conditions

• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP or Physician Assistant / PA
• Primary Care experience preferred
• Active Minnesota license
