LAKE REGION MEDICAL GROUP, P.A. PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN OPPORTUNITY IN BARNESVILLE, MN:

Lake Region Medical Group, P.A. (LRMG) is currently seeking a full-time primary care physician to join their growing primary care clinic in Barnesville, MN to join one Nurse Practitioner and 1 Family Medicine Physician. Barnesville is located in a beautiful & family friendly community in west-central Minnesota. We are positioned conveniently on I-94 halfway between Fergus Falls, MN and the Fargo/Moorhead metro area and are less than a 30-minute drive to the Fargo International Airport.

· 100% outpatient work & no call time or holidays

· Will consider either Family Practice or Internal Medicine;
Optional nursing home coverage

· Work 36 patient contact hours per week for 1.0 FTE;
Condensed 3.5-4day workweek is available with flexible patient scheduling.

QUALIFICATIONS
:

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Board eligibility required in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine; board certified preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Active Minnesota Medical License & DEA upon hire
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:

Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.

• Base compensation salary is guaranteed starting at $/year, plus the opportunity to earn additional income based on production hours worked (wRVU’s).
• Annual CME reimbursement allowance & paid professional dues and memberships
• Relocation reimbursement & sign on bonus (with assistance in residency if applicable)
• 10% annual employer contributions into 401K plan; fully vested to the employee at the time the employee is eligible to participate in the plan after 6 months of employment, or 1,000 hours worked whichever occurs first.
• Cash balance plan

• 6 weeks of time off per calendar year
