General Maintenance

Perform repairs that cannot be handled by building level personnel.

Perform general construction duties as required.

All voltages, lighting, motors and electrical skills

Replace and/or repair electrical devices such as outlets, lights, and breakers.

Perform necessary repairs to the plumbing system.

Complete work orders as necessary.

Advise the Director of Plant Operations when repairs must be made by outside contractors.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Plant Operations.

Minimum Requirements

Be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, sit, climb and lift items of approximately 40 pounds throughout the workday. Be able to climb and descend ladders and conduct work on rooftops up to 50 feet off the ground.

Salary

In accordance with the approved salary scale.
