• Solid experience in quantity surveying within consultancy or construction
• Expertise in cost planning, procurement, and commercial strategy
• Familiarity with NEC contracts and multidisciplinary collaboration
• A proactive, solutions‑focused approach to delivery
• Willingness to be on site up to four times a week to stay close to the action
