What you’ll be getting stuck into as a Technical Administrator

Maintaining, updating, and verifying product specifications across internal systems
Reviewing compliance documents to ensure accuracy and alignment with customer and regulatory requirements
Organising and streamlining departmental documentation for improved efficiency
Updating and restructuring internal quality databases for smoother day-to-day use
Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to gather missing or clarifying information
Providing wider administrative support to the Quality and Technical team when needed
What you’ll bring to the table as a Technical Administrator

Previous experience working in Food Safety, Quality Assurance, or a related technical field
Strong administrative and data-handling skills
Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to understand basic food safety or compliance terminology
Competence with Microsoft Office and confidence working with databases
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy
Hours of work: 08:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday on site
