Location - Bari, Italy (Onsite 5 days a week)
Hiring - 1 Year fixed Term
Mandatory Skills

Min 1 Years of Experience in IT Service desk
Excellent communications skills
Knowledge in Active Directory Office
365 Windows client troubleshooting Network Monitoring tools
Excellent ITIL knowledge
Work experience in ITSM tools like Service Now or BMC Remedy Reporting
Proficient in English and Italian

Experience with Service Now (IT Service Desk)
Jira Service Desk, Servicedesk, Windows Server
