Our marketing team manages – in‑house – all of the brand’s visual and written communications. We are looking to hire a Creative Digital Designer who has perfect mastery of the Adobe and Word Press apps, and a brilliant mind with great ideas to take on the brand’s challenges.
As part of the Marketing & Communications team, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of DEMs, Landing Pages, Banners, Social Media Content and everything needed to create successful Campaigns.
The team’s goal is to translate Marketing strategies into innovative and impactful campaigns that intercept and stimulate a targeted audience.
Role and responsibilities

Design and implement Digital Marketing content for all communications channels including social and display advertising impacting approximately 3.5 million people in the Architecture and Design world.
Ensure the effectiveness of communications aimed at target audiences in line with the expectations and guidelines of the Creative Director.
Collaborate with a heterogeneous team and liaise with all company departments.
Stay up-to-date on the latest digital news.
Constantly use and master all tools for editing, delivering and publishing digital communications (Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, Word Press, Bee Pro, Adobe).
Create mood boards and presentation documents for creative concepts.

Requirements

Degree in Visual Communications / Graphics / Design.
At least three years’ experience as a graphic designer in advertising agencies, design studios or digital marketing agencies.
Knowledge of the main newsletter editing software (Mailchimp, Bee Pro, Marketing Cloud).
Excellent knowledge of the Adobe CSS Suite.
Excellent knowledge of English.
Excellent knowledge of all digital communications channels.

You will work within the Marketing Team in our offices in Bari (with an ocean view). You can also work remotely. You will work in a young setting, participate in international trade fairs and events. You will need to participate in continuous training both online and off, attend our events, parties, and team‑building initiatives.
