Job consulting Srl is hiring a Capocantiere / Geometra di Cantiere to support our client, a major player in the engineering sector currently expanding rapidly. The position is based in the province of Bari.
Responsibilities
Lead and organize employee personnel and coordinate subcontractor activities.
Arrange work to comply with legal provisions, safety regulations, and environmental protection requirements.
Request necessary equipment and materials from the Technical Site Director to execute work correctly.
Reject inappropriate materials from suppliers.
Promptly report to the Technical Site Director any deficits in equipment and protective devices, or any other hazardous condition.
Control the execution of works.
Schedule daily activities, adhering to the work programme, and give written or oral instructions to on‑site staff.
Record daily operational events and resource controls on the Work Report.
Collaborate in drafting purchase requests (quotation/Order Proposal).
Detect non‑conformities and prepare the Non‑Conformity Report.
Apply on‑site quality operational controls (PCQ) required by the system.
Required Qualifications
Diploma of Geometra.
At least 5 years of previous experience in a similar role managing one or more construction sites; preference for background in Edilizia or Logistica.
Proficiency in the Office Suite, especially Excel.
