Candour Talent are recruiting a Office Administrator for their client based in Rhymney.

* Employment Type:

Permanent/Full Time

* Working Hours:

Monday to Friday (early finish on a Friday

* Salary: £28k to 32k

Our client is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Office Administrator to join their team.

This role would suit an experienced administrator, who is used to working in a fast-paced environment with a background in manufacturing or similar.

The Role:

* Deal with incoming customer and supplier enquires via email and telephone

* Process sales orders, purchase orders, and customer returns

* Help prepare quotations

* Update online records and support with filing

* Escalate issues as needed

* General office administration duties

The Ideal Candidate :

* Strong administration skills in a fast-paced office environment

* Experience in manufacturing or similar, an advantage

* IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Good team player

* Driven and self-motivated

* A high level of attention
