Role Overview
The Research Assistant will lead and manage research teams supporting PhD scholars, ensure high-quality research outputs, and oversee end-to-end research operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, deep domain knowledge, and proven managerial experience in the same research assistance field .
Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the research assistance / PhD support field .
Proven leadership and people-management skills.
Strong expertise in research methodologies, academic writing, and publication processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English .
Ability to take ownership, make decisions, and drive results under deadlines.
Job Location :
Marthandam, Kanyakumari District.
