Summary/Objective: The Warehouse Quality Control Technician ensures that all inbound and outbound materials meet customer-specified quality and packaging standards. This role supports warehouse and shipping operations by performing quality inspections, product verification, documentation review, and data reporting. The position requires immediate identification and communication of any non‑conforming material to protect product integrity, shipment accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

• Understand and apply customer quality, packaging, labeling, and shipping requirements.
• Inspect inbound and outbound materials for accuracy, damage, and compliance to specifications.
• Verify pallets, cartons, labels, and documentation prior to shipment.
• Collect and evaluate samples as required to confirm product and packaging quality.
• Immediately notify warehouse, production, and quality leadership of any out‑of‑specification conditions.
• Place product on hold and document non‑conforming material in accordance with quality procedures.
• Maintain required retains, inspection records, and quality documentation.
• Accurately maintain both hard‑copy and electronic quality and shipping records.
• Support the cosmetic, fit, form, and function quality of work‑in‑process (WIP) and finished goods in the warehouse.
• Audit shipments, pallet builds, and staging areas to ensure compliance with customer and company standards.
• Provide quality and data analysis support to warehouse, shipping, and operations teams.
• Communicate quality issues with cross‑functional departments and management as needed.
• Adhere to all plant rules, safety requirements, quality procedures, and warehouse policies.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience using multimeter, rulers, calipers, scales, and spectrometer.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to reach and bend.
• Must pass a color‑blind test.
