The provider is responsible for delivering high‑quality health care within Fast Pace Health’s scope of services while achieving optimum patient satisfaction. - Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth to meet patient volume goals
- Lead clinic staff in behaviors, actions, and attitude to deliver excellent patient care

- Discuss and review patients’ medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications
- Ask situation‑specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses and provide guidance to ensure patient satisfaction
- Engage with clinical leadership and elevate concerns to management as appropriate
- Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forward charts as appropriate
- Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by CMO and Supervising Physicians
- Analyze and interpret patients’ histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses
- Deliver excellent patient care through in‑patient and virtual diagnostics and therapeutic recommendations with attention to safety, cost, and reliable, accurate information
- Adhere to Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements including HIPAA
- Work efficiently in a fast‑paced, autonomous environment within both in‑patient clinic and virtual settings
- Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests and responsibly prescribe medications while educating patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions
- Attend mandatory monthly meetings with Supervising physicians and E/M training
- Complete all mandatory compliance training to meet and exceed quality standards
- Communicate regularly within the team to support excellent patient care
- Support new employee training through job shadowing, demonstration, and coachingयू
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- PRN employees are required to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month;
Full‑time employees are required 12‑hour shifts and every other weekend
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN)
- At least 1–2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice (Urgent Care, Occupational Medical Facility, ER, Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice) strongly preferred
- Active, in‑good‑standing license and DEA; DOT certification required for FT and PT providers within 120 days of employment and maintained during employment
- Abilityټ to treat all ages and meet any credentialing requirements needed
- Proven experience as a Telehealth Clinician
- On‑call periodic responsibilities throughout the year
- Level 1:
New Grad with up to 1 year of experience as a nurse practitioner - Level 2:
Nurse practitioner with over 1 year of experience and less than 5 years of experience - Level 3:
Nurse practitioner with over 5 years of experience and less than 10 years of experience - Level 4:
Nurse practitioner with over 10 years of experience
