Job Summary And Responsibilities

As our Nursing Manager, you will be a dynamic leader, guiding and empowering our nursing team to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care through continuous growth and operational excellence.

Lead and mentor Registered Nurses, overseeing clinical operations and advocating for patient and team needs.
Implement staffing patterns and support patterns, ensuring availability of sufficient qualified staff to meet patient care needs.
Develop and retain highly skilled and well-rounded staff, including hiring, orienting, training, directing work, evaluating performance, and assuring clinical competency.

Job Requirements

Bachelor of Science Nursing and minimum of 3 years RN experience, upon hire.
Minimum of 2 years leadership (RN Charge) experience.
Registered Nurse: KY, upon hire.
Basic Life Support – CPR, upon hire.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 months.
Neonatal Resuscitation Program, within 90 days.
