We are looking for a Sales Area Manager Oral Care.

What will your challenges be?
  • Leadership of a high-performing medical sales team, ensuring strong alignment with company strategy and delivering consistent execution across the territory.
  • Adapt and translate national commercial strategy into an effective regional plan, considering the specific dynamics of the territory (hospital ecosystem, private clinics, specialties, prescription potential and segmentation).
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Medical Sales Representatives, providing clear direction, ongoing feedback and professional development through regular field visits and performance reviews.
  • Ensure excellence in execution, supervising the correct use of commercial tools, CRM systems and sales methodologies to maximize impact and productivity.
  • Monitor regional market dynamics and performance, analyzing prescription trends, competitor activity and customer segmentation to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Drive entrepreneurial initiatives within the region, proposing innovative actions, partnerships or new business opportunities that accelerate market development and strengthen brand presence.
  • Act as a key ambassador of the company within the medical community, building strong relationships with dermatologists, physicians and key stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at scientific congresses, industry events and regional meetings, reinforcing the brand’s scientific credibility and engagement with healthcare professionals.
  • Coordinate and optimize the resources assigned to the territory, ensuring effective planning of activities, events and investments to achieve sales and prescription objectives.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive regional business plan, combining strategic vision with strong operational execution to deliver sustainable growth.
Are you the one we are waiting for?
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sale team management, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare or dermocosmetic industry. Strong understanding of regional market dynamics, customer segmentation and performance monitoring. Experience in territory planning, execution follow-up and resource optimization.
  • Education: University Degree in Health Sciences, Business Administration or related fields will be valued positively.
  • Languages: Spanish required. English is a plus.
  • IT: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and CRM/reporting tools.
  • Others: Availability to travel frequently within the assigned region, medical congress, events and regular meetings in headquarters (Barcelona).
