The Inside Sales Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious revenue growth objectives. The candidate must be comfortable making several calls per day, sending personalized emails, using forecasting tools, updating software, and communicating progress. The role involves engaging via social networks, collaborating with all parts of the business and partners, generating interest, qualifying opportunities, and closing sales in our emerging markets.
Responsibilities- Build territory mapping and account planning on key accounts and execute through programmatic campaigns or other strategic approaches
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets/quotas within markets
- Develop credible relationships within the Infor installed base to create, manage, and close sales opportunities
- Learn and present the value proposition for Infor’s business solutions
- Collaborate in a team environment with Pre-sales Consultants, Consulting Sales, and other internal departments
- Utilize and accurately update Infor customer, forecasting, and pipeline management systems
- Communicate clearly and regularly, both verbally and in writing, with customers, internal departments, and management
- Prepare and present quarterly Territory/Business plans and reviews
- Actively participate in the team culture
- Background selling or positioning software
- Ability or potential to manage multiple concurrent complex sales cycles
- High energy, drive, intellect, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment; able to work in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment
- Strong presentation skills, both in person and via telephone and internet
- Proven ability to collaborate with virtual team members
- Nordics languages speaker (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish)
- Background selling or positioning software
- Ability or potential to manage multiple concurrent complex sales cycles
- High energy, drive, intellect, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment; able to work in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment
- Strong presentation skills, both face to face and over the telephone and internet
- Proven ability to collaborate with virtual team members
