Inbound Specialist; m​/f​/d Dutch Market

• Previous experience in B2B inbound support or inside sales
• Confident handling of customer communication via chat, email, and phone
• Strong interest in software solutions and digital tools
• Customer-focused, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Well-organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Dutch (Level C2) and English (Level C1)

• Respond to inbound inquiries from Dutch-speaking B2B customers via chat, email, and phone
• Document interactions and update lead/customer data in the CRM system
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
• Stay informed about product updates to support customers effectively
