Are you a strategic thinker with a talent for driving business growth through digital innovation? We are looking for a German-speaking Sales Representative to lead our expansion within the DACH market, representing one of the most influential digital advertising platforms in the world.

In this role, you will act as a Strategic Partner for German, Austrian, and Swiss brands, helping them scale their reach through data-driven ad solutions and creative funnel strategies.

The Strategy:
Prospecting to Performance
  • Market Intelligence: Identify and prioritize high-growth companies within the DACH region, executing sophisticated outreach to key marketing stakeholders.
  • Solution Architecture: Conduct thorough discovery calls to align our advertising solutions with the clients specific business objectives and budget.
  • Revenue Leadership: Own the complete sales cycle—from initial prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing high-value contracts.
  • Onboarding Excellence: Direct the first 90 days of the client journey, ensuring successful campaign launches and providing data-backed optimization insights.
  • Portfolio Expansion: Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities by staying ahead of digital trends and client needs.

Qualifications:

  • Language: Native or near-native German (C1/C2) and professional English

  • Experience: 2+ years in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, specifically within the tech or digital marketing sectors.
  • Platform Expertise: A strong understanding of social media ecosystems, performance marketing, and the e-commerce landscape.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation abilities and the confidence to present to C-level executives.
  • Organization: A self-starter capable of managing a high-volume pipeline using CRM tools like Salesforce or Hub Spot.
