OUR OPPORTUNITY
You will create the legacy of Bacardi and drive the company’s presence and growth in the area.
You will be accountable for creating value through driving sales and developing strong relationships with key customers in your dedicated area.
Your deep commercial knowledge, ability to develop strategic relationships, and lead a sales team will be key to your success in this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Deliver key financial targets (NSV, Gross Margin, Overheads, Profitability, ROI, Value Share) versus budget.
- Capture market dynamics and react to growth opportunities in your market.
- Build Bacardi brand equity by leading and motivating a team of Business Managers and optimizing best execution of the local marketing mix in line with the brands’ global strategies.
- Build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with Wholesalers, Distributors and C&C.
- Maintain an updated view of in-market RSPs for all markets & all categories, through regular in-market visits. Ensure best execution of Brand Plans with distributors and local trade.
- Ensure optimum distribution and visibility of our brands. Control and manage contracts for distribution agreements.
- Experience in field sales in a leading FMCG company.
- Strong analytical capability to work with figures. Good financial acumen and exposure to managing Sales and P&Ls.
- Fluent Spanish and English.
- Knowledge of local market and customers is considered.
