About

the role 🤓

As a Business Development Representative - eduQa Italy, you will be part of a fast‑growing company and a brilliant, ambitious team. You will contact potential customers and schedule meetings with Education centers, helping launch our lending and self‑financing product line.

What challenges you'll be solving 🚀
  • Contact potential customers in Italy, in the Education vertical
  • Identify and unlock opportunities with large educational groups, networks, and associations
  • Identify the decision‑makers and schedule meetings with them. Work closely with them ensuring a consistent flow of potential leads
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to define new commercial strategies
  • Reflect your activity and tracking of your potential prospects through Hubspot (CRM)
  • Strong phone, email, chat or any other means of contact being an active listener

What you’ll need 🤝
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or similar role in the Italian market
  • Native level of Italian and intermediate level of English
  • You want to start a career in the sales department and contribute to scale the business in Italy
  • Great empathic capabilities and an easy‑going personality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Extremely organized, you know how to prioritize and be result‑oriented
  • Proactive, highly driven and autonomous, always looking for solutions
  • Super energetic and motivated, constant and tenacious
  • Resilient, positive attitude and a “go for it” person.
