** Job Title
** Sales Manager North/West Africa - French Speaker
** Summary
* * The Sales Manager will be accountable for the full customer relationship across Morocco and North/West Africa region. Acts as the primary point of contact for new customers and hands-over post-sales to delivery and customer success teams.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Prospect and qualify leads, manage pipeline, and close deals;
* Prepare proposals and quotes with support from Solutions Consultants;
* Negotiate proposals, Statements of Work, and service agreements;
* Deliver simple demos (e.g., Travel Intelligence, Media);
* Act as main client contact and build strong relationships with key buying personas;
* Manage renewals for both simple and complex deals;
* Coordinate hand‑off to post‑sales teams and collaborate with CSM;
* Lead account strategy discussions and identify cross‑sell/upsell opportunities;
* Maintain accurate sales data and client information in Salesforce;
* Build client‑specific account plans and contribute to sales targets and strategic objectives;
* Organize thought‑leadership materials for events and customer presentations;
* Support Finance with Accounts Receivable processes.
** About the ideal candidate
*** Proven success in B2B sales in the hospitality and/or technology industry within Maghreb/West Africa territory;
* Fluent French and English;
Arabic a strong plus;
* Hunter mindset, territory planning;
* Ability to travel extensively and operate remotely within multinational governance;
* Enjoy building new, strong relationships, on all hierarchy levels from operational staff to CEO;
* Strong negotiation skills and are able to overcome both internal and external barriers in order to achieve the company’s goals;
* Proficiency knowledge of Microsoft office applications, Salesforce would be beneficial.
