MISSION

The Stock Keeper is responsible for the maintenance of an optimal level of inventory, ensuring a continuous supply to meet the sales plan and achieve sales objectives, monitoring inventory levels and making necessary adjustments. The Stock Keeper takes care of goods receipt, restocking and warehouse reordering in an environment of retail excellence.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Offer a warm welcome to the clients, making everyone feel part of Global Golden Community.
  • Oversee weekly arrivals of merchandise, manage the packaging of items for customer shipments and returns, conduct regular stock checks, and oversee monthly sample inventory checks and overall inventory management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, contributing to a positive work environment and fostering collaboration based on communication and information sharing.
  • Collaborate with the team in sales, pre‑ and after‑sales activities (including the stock activities and customer fidelization) and, in general, in all activities relating to the store.
  • Passionately convey the brand’s vision and heritage to clients, representing its values authentically.
  • Gain a deep understanding of GG iconic products/elements and share the company’s visions and projects to clients with passion.
  • Actively contribute to the overall store presentation, maintaining appropriate visual display and store standards, ensuring that products are showcased accordingly with the brand’s image and standards.
  • Assist with store operational procedures, including opening/closing, inventory management, and maintaining compliance with GDPR and health & safety standards.
  • Utilize IT and digital tools effectively to enhance business processes and customer engagement (Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, Stealth).
KEY REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluency in Spanish and English. Additional language knowledge will be considered as a plus.
  • Minimum 1‑3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.
  • Self‑motivation with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
  • Good customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Effective time management, prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  • Strong team player.
