** In the GTM analytics COE our mission is to deliver impact by building machine learning products to optimize pricing and marketing investments and provide guidance to our sales organization.

As a Project Manager in the Advance Analytics Enablement group, you will work closely together with the different internal team and external stakeholders to help drive the successful delivery of projects.

** What you will do
*** Collaborate with cross-functional teams inside and cross organization.
* Responsible for project/sprint planning, resource/capacity allocation, steering committee leadership.
* Inform actively and proactively about the progress of your projects, anticipating impacts, helping teams to take corrective decisions and / or proposing alternative solutions when required.
* Participate in the design/planning of solutions and collaborate in the definition of timelines and roadmaps.
* Ensure products or services implementation according to the agreed scope to achieve customer satisfaction.
* Help teams adopt, implement and drive agile methodologies.
* Recommends and oversees process improvements.

* What you will need:

*** 1-2 years on a similar role.
* Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
* Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
* Analytical (problem solving) skills.
* Experience in driving Agile projects (SCRUM)
Technical background is a plus.
** Nice to have
*** Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
* Project Management/Agile Certification
* Basic understanding of Big Data domain, Cloud technologies and Software development.
* You are familiar with Agile SAFe methodology.
